step by step recipe

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into 2-3 cm pieces.
  2. Put 1L of water in the Robotmix jug and add the cut potatoes to the jug.
  3. Program the robot at 120º C for 30 minutes at speed 1.
  4. Once the potatoes are cooked, drain the water from the potatoes using a colander. Place the mixer in the jug and put the cooked potatoes in the jug. Add the cream cheese, milk, and salt.
  5. Program the robot to speed 2 for 30 seconds to blend. The potatoes should be very thick and smooth.
  6. If the potatoes are too thick, we can add a little milk until we get the desired thickness.
  7. While the potatoes are cooking in the Robotmix, peel and chop the carrot, celery, garlic, and onion into small pieces. In the cooking pot, add 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil and set the pot to Fry menu for 15 minutes. After 30 seconds, add the chopped vegetables to the hot oil and sauté for 5 minutes. Then add the minced meat, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, rosemary, thyme, and meat broth, and mix well. Let it cook until the meat is no longer pink and the liquid has thickened.
  8. In a container, add the meat mixture and place the mashed potatoes on top. Place in the air fryer and cook at 180°C for 10 minutes.
  9. In a container, add the meat mixture and place the mashed potatoes on top. Place in the air fryer and cook at 180°C for 10 minutes. Serve piping hot!
