- task_alt2 carrots
- task_alt1 leek (white part)
- task_altExtra virgin olive oil
- task_altSalt and pepper

step by step recipe
- First, we preheat the air fryer with the automatic menu.
- Next, peel the carrots and leek. Cut the zucchini, carrots and leek into thin sticks.
- Next, we form the packages where we will cook the fish. To do this, cut two pieces of parchment paper in half lengthwise. We assemble the packages as if they were a candy and we hold the ends with a bit of kitchen string so that they hold their shape.
- Once the packages are formed, we introduce the vegetables inside. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with a little oil. We close the packages.
- Place two packages in the basket of the air fryer and manually program 180 ºC, 15 minutes.
- After this time, add a piece of salmon and dill to taste. Close the packages again and program the automatic FISH Menu, 175 ºC, 7 minutes.
- Cook the other two remaining packages following the same process and enjoy!
Ingredients
- To serve hot, program 180 ºC, 2 minutes and heat the first two envelopes.
