step by step recipe
- Wash and drain the spinach well. Put them in a pan over low heat and cover. After about 4 minutes, when the water they release has evaporated, add the tablespoon of butter. Once melted, incorporate the flour and stir. Lightly toast it and add the milk, salt, and pepper to taste. Keep stirring until it thickens and set aside.
- Season the fish with salt and pepper.
- Cut the puff pastry into pieces large enough to wrap around the salmon fillet.
- Place the salmon fillet in the center of the pastry and cover it with some spinach.
- Close the puff pastry and turn it over. We follow the same process until all of them are formed.
- Place the puff pastries in the air fryer basket lined with parchment paper and brush them with beaten egg.
- Set to 175°C, 10-12 minutes and enjoy!
