- task_alt1 goat cheese log

- task_alt3/4 walnuts
- task_alt1 tsp. of brown sugar

step by step recipe
- Cut four circles of puff pastry of about 11/12 cm. (two of them will be the base of our pies and the other two we will use to make the strips that we will put on top).
- In the two that serve as a base, first prick them with a fork, then place a slice of goat cheese covering the entire base except the edge.
- Cover the cheese with fig jam to taste, then place a few pieces of walnuts on top of the jam.
- We make strips with the other two circles of dough and place them on top of the jam forming a grid.
- Beat an egg and brush the cake, sprinkle with brown sugar and sesame seeds.
- Preheat the fryer to 180ºC, 5 minutes.
- Place the puff pastry in one of the perforated trays and insert it into the lower slot of the fryer.
- Bake in the deep fryer oven for 10 minutes, 160ºC degrees and another 3 minutes at 180ºC degrees.
- We take it out of the oven and let it cool... and enjoy.
Ingredients
- We can substitute the fig jam for any jam we like and it will be delicious anyway.
