Ingredients
- task_altBase:
- task_alt250 g. of instant polenta
- task_alt500 ml. of water
- task_altSalt
- task_altToppings:
- task_alt2 burrata
- task_altIberian ham
- task_alt80 g. shredded mozzarella cheese
- task_alt8 tbsp. of crushed natural tomato
- task_altPesto sauce
step by step recipe
- First, we prepare the base. To do this, bring the water and salt to a boil in a saucepan. When it starts to boil, remove the pan from the heat and add the polenta slowly. Keep stirring until the right texture is achieved (a dense but manageable dough).
- Line the basket of the air fryer with a piece of baking paper and grease it with a little oil.
- Pour half of the polenta and spread it well throughout the basket, trying to obtain a thin, circular base. We can also make it in the shape of the basket.
- Close and manually program 200 ºC, 5 minutes.
- Once the base is cooked, open the basket and put a base of tomato sauce and spread half of the cheese on top.
- Close the basket and program 200 ºC, 3 minutes.
- Remove the pizza and prepare the second pizza following the same process.
- Add the toppings: Iberian ham, burrata and pesto to taste. Enjoy!
Ingredients
- This recipe yields two individual pizzas.
- Once the second one is ready, in order to serve both hot, we put the first one back into the air fryer basket for 2 minutes.
