Ingredients
- task_alt6 oranges (4 for filling and 2 for zesting)
- task_alt200 g. of whipping cream
- task_alt80 g. condensed milk
step by step recipe
- First, wash the oranges. Cut the top off four of them as a lid and hollow them out using a spoon. Set aside the extracted pulp.
- Zest the other two oranges. Set aside the orange zest.
- While preparing the ice cream, store the hollowed oranges in the freezer to harden them and make them easier to fill.
- Place the blades in the jug.
- Put the extracted pulp in, cover and set to speed 10 for 20 seconds. Strain using the basket to obtain the juice. Remove and reserve.
- Replace the blades with the whisk attachment.
- Without washing the jug, add the liquid cream and condensed milk. Cover and set to speed 4 for 30 seconds.
- Without opening the lid, set to speed 3 for 1 minute. Gradually add the orange juice through the steam outlet.
- Put the mixture in a freezer-safe container along with the orange zest and refrigerate for 4 hours.
- After that time, place the blades in the jug.
- Put the ice cream inside and set to speed 6, 20 seconds.
- Fill the frozen oranges with the ice cream, place the orange lids on top, and freeze until ready to consume. Enjoy!
