step by step recipe
- First, we preheat the air fryer with the automatic menu.
- Next, we season the ground meat with salt and pepper. We mix and spread it forming a large rectangle on a piece of aluminum foil.
- On top, we place a layer of ham and another of cheese, leaving the edges unfilled.
- We roll it up until closed, using the paper to help, and shape it into a roll.
- On another piece of aluminum foil, we place the bacon slices, covering the size of the meat roll and slightly overlapping them.
- We place the meat roll on top of the bacon and roll it up with the help of the paper.
- We seal the ends well so the filling doesn't come out.
- We place the meat roll wrapped in aluminum foil in the air fryer basket.
- We close it and manually set it to 180°C for 25 minutes.
- We remove it from the basket and let it cool slightly.
- We prepare the sauce. To do this, we chop the leek and sauté it in a pan with a drizzle of oil and a pinch of salt. Then, we add the brandy and let it evaporate. Once evaporated, we add the broth and let it cook for 3 minutes. Next, we add the liquid cream and ground pepper. We mix and cook for 2 minutes. We remove and blend the sauce. We return it to the pan along with the peppercorns and adjust the salt if necessary. We cook for 2 minutes.
- We cut the roll into slices and serve with the sauce on top.
- Enjoy!
