step by step recipe

  1. We place the blades.
  2. Place the garlic in the jar and chop, setting the robot to speed 6 for 5 seconds.
  3. Add the chickpeas, cooked couscous, 30 ml of soy sauce, paprika, and cumin, and mix everything by programming at speed 4 for 10 seconds.
  4. Form the mixture into balls about the size of a golf ball. Place them in the air fryer basket, leaving enough space for each meatball to be surrounded by air.

  6. Add the hot sauce, brown sugar, water, and the remaining 30 ml of soy sauce to the jar and cook by setting the robot to 120°C for 10 minutes at speed 1. While cooking, mix the tablespoon of flour in the tablespoon of water and let it dissolve.
  7. After 10 minutes of cooking, add the flour mixture to the sauce and cook for another 2 minutes at 100°C at speed 1. Drizzle the sauce over the cooked meatballs or use it as a dipping sauce.
  8. Serve piping hot!
