step by step recipe
- Choose a mold or container suitable for the air fryer and check that all the tomatoes fit in a single layer. They should be close together without spaces.
- Cut a piece of puff pastry the size of the mold. We reserve.
- Preheat the air fryer with the automatic menu.
- Add all the ingredients to the mold where we will prepare the tatin (cherry tomatoes, honey, brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, oil, thyme, salt and pepper to taste). We mix.
- Spread the tomatoes well, ensuring they are in a single layer.
- Once the air fryer is preheated, place the mold in the basket.
- Close and set to 180°C for 8 minutes.
- Remove the mold from the basket very carefully to avoid burns.
- Place the puff pastry over the tomatoes and tuck in the edges.
- Prick the puff pastry with a knife to allow steam to escape (4 or 5 holes).
- Place the mold back into the air fryer basket.
- Close and set to 180°C for 12 minutes.
- Let it cool for a few minutes and then invert the tatin tart onto a plate.
- Enjoy!
Ingredients
- If the tart doesn't unmold easily when inverted, run a knife around the edges.
