- task_alt100 g. of flour
- task_alt50 g. butter

step by step recipe
- We place the blades.
- We add the shrimp. Close and set to speed 5, 2 seconds. We remove.
- We peel the onion and add it to the jar cut in half. We also add the peeled garlic cloves. Close and set to speed 5, 8 seconds. We remove.
- Next, we add the butter. Close and set to 120°C, speed 3, 5 minutes.
- Then, we add the flour. Close and set to 100°C, speed 2, 3 minutes.
- Through the steam outlet, we add the milk, salt, pepper, and nutmeg to taste. Close and set to speed 3, 120°C, 15 minutes.
- Check the texture, and if it hasn't thickened enough, set it for a few more minutes.
- Let it cool down and put the dough in a piping bag. If you don't have one, place the dough in a bowl and cover with plastic wrap to prevent the surface from drying out.
- Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours (overnight is better).
- Place the breadcrumbs in a large dish and form rows. Cut them to the size of the croquettes using scissors.
- First coat them in breadcrumbs, then in beaten egg, and finally in breadcrumbs again.
- Fry the croquettes and place them on kitchen paper to drain excess oil. Enjoy!
