  • task_alt 250 g. asparagus
  • task_alt 10 g olive oil
  • task_alt 10 g vegetable stock concentrate (the meat stock concentrate)
  • task_alt 10 g vegetable stock concentrate (the meat stock concentrate)
  • task_alt 15 ml. tomato concentrate
  • task_alt 1/2 l. water
  • task_alt 15 ml. the salsa worchestershire
  • task_alt 1 peeled onion
  • task_alt 4 peeled garlic cloves
  • task_alt 2 sprigs of rosemary or thyme (leaves only)
  • task_alt 3 teaspoons cornstarch

Receta paso a paso

  1. Place the blades in the Robotmix jug.
  2. Add the onion, 2 cloves of garlic and 1 sprig of rosemary or thyme leaves.
  3. We chop them programming the robot at speed 6 for 5 seconds.
  4. Add the oil and sauté the vegetables in the Robotmix at 120º C at speed 1 for 5 minutes.
  5. Add the water to the jug and place the steam accessory on top of the jug. Place the chops in the accessory.
  6. Cut the other 2 cloves of garlic into thin slices. In a separate bowl, mix the tomato concentrate, broth concentrate, balsamic vinegar, chopped garlic, salt and pepper.
  7. Pour the mixture evenly over the chops in the accessory. Cook the chops programming the robot at 120º C at speed 3 for 10 minutes. Mix the cornstarch in a tablespoon of water until completely dissolved.
  8. After 10 minutes of cooking, add the cornstarch to the jug of the food processor, add the steam tray on top of the accessory and place the asparagus on the tray.
  9. Finish cooking by programming the Robotmix at 120º C on speed 3 for 10 more minutes or until the meat is cooked.
  10. Pour the sauce over the meat and serve immediately.
  11. Serve piping hot!
