Ingredientes

  • task_alt 600 g. chicken breast, diced
  • task_alt 300 g. sliced or quartered mushrooms
  • task_alt 6 g. salt
  • task_alt 15 ml. of olive oil
  • task_alt 45 ml. balsamic vinegar
  • task_alt 4 sprigs of fresh thyme (leaves only)

Receta paso a paso

  1. Place the mixer in the jar of the Robotmix.
  2. Add the chopped chicken, half of the oil and half of the salt. Cook programming the Robotmix at 120º C for 7 minutes at speed 1 reverse rotation.
  3. Remove the chicken and set aside. Add the rest of the oil and salt together with the sliced mushrooms and sauté them programming the robot at 120º C for 5 minutes at speed 1 reverse rotation.
  4. Add the chicken back to the jug and add the balsamic vinegar and thyme leaves. We cook programming the Robotmix at 120º C for 5 minutes at speed 1 reverse rotation.
  5. Serve piping hot and with a side of rice or quinoa!

Consejos y accesorios necesarios

- Accessories used: mixer

- If we want the sauce to be less liquid, we can add 1-2 teaspoons of cornstarch mixed in 1 tablespoon of water or drain the liquid from the chicken when removing it from the jar.
