Receta paso a paso

  1. Place the blades in the jug.
  2. One of the most used tricks to obtain a good whipped cream is that it must be very cold, but also if the container where you are going to beat it is also cold, the result is ideal; so before starting to prepare the ice cream, make sure to cool the jug of the robotmix by placing it in the refrigerator for a while.
  3. Start by placing the whipping cream in the jug, beat until it is well whipped on speed 3, 40 seconds, and stop when it is ready, taking care not to cut it.
  4. Pour the whipped cream into another container and keep refrigerated.
  5. Then wash and dry the jug well, add the sugar and hazelnuts and blend for 20 seconds at speed 10.
  6. Immediately after, add the white chocolate and the powdered milk and program 10 seconds on speed 10.
  7. Add the sunflower oil together with the pinch of salt and the teaspoon of vanilla and program 30 seconds at speed 10.
  8. Then with the help of the spatula clean the edges and walls of the jar and add the liquid milk and invert sugar, program 4 minutes temperature 50º speed 6. If necessary we have the machine to lower the mixture that sticks to the walls of the jar.
  9. At the end of the time we pour the mixture into a separate container suitable for refrigeration and let it cool. While the mixture cools, take the three bars of good Kinder chocolate and cut them into pieces with a knife.
  10. Add the pieces to the mixture and mix gently with the spatula. Remove the whipped cream from the refrigerator and mix both preparations little by little, with gentle movements (when the chocolate mixture is at room temperature, because if it is still warm we can spoil the cream).
  11. Then we put it in the freezer for 30 minutes, after 30 minutes we remove it and with the spatula we mix it again and put it back in the freezer. This last operation should be done three or four times to break the ice crystals and make the ice cream cream creamy.
  12. Serve as desired, it is delicious.
